How to improve differential pressure airtightness detection technology

Differential pressure airtightness testing technology uses a comparison method. The workpiece to be tested and a leak-free standard part are placed in the same sealed container. The workpiece and the standard part are filled with the same pressure gas. After a period of time, the airtightness of the workpiece is measured by comparing the pressure difference between the two sealed containers. Differential pressure airtightness testing can test multiple identical workpieces simultaneously, with higher efficiency than other methods. However, it requires simultaneous measurement of two workpieces, which is generally not strong. Existing differential pressure testing equipment has problems such as insufficient automated integration of detection data, the need for precision parts to be assembled, and the inability to detect leaks. We propose the following solutions to this problem.
1. Solving the problem of automated integration accuracy of differential pressure airtightness testing technology. The electronic integrated sensor data can be filtered. High-sensitivity and high-integration pressure sensors are placed in the differential pressure type. When setting the pressure sensor detector, the electronic pressure sensor has high integration. As long as there is a measurement of a tiny pressure difference in the process, it can be directly displayed through the electronic sensor data. By improving the accuracy of the sensor and adopting more accurate data display technology, the error in the differential pressure measurement process can be reduced, ensuring the accuracy of the detector.
In addition, the measurement accuracy of differential pressure airtightness testing technology for large-volume workpieces is not high. We can start by filling the material with quality standard parts. To a certain extent, the detector can be reduced by filling the gas volume. Once the gas enters a smaller volume, the friction between the gas and the instrument will be reduced, and the heat generated will be greatly reduced, thus ensuring the accuracy of the measurement results using differential pressure airtightness testing technology.
2. Differential pressure airtightness testing technology cannot measure the specific leak location of the workpiece. It usually requires other instruments to detect the specific location of the workpiece to effectively solve the problem. By combining ultrasonic scanning detection, eddy current scanning detection, electromagnetic scanning detection, and other scanning equipment with differential pressure airtightness testing equipment, the airtightness instrument first detects the leakage problem of the parts, and then detects the workpieces with sealing problems. Scanning with a scanner allows for quick location of leaking components.
Although differential pressure airtightness testing technology still has certain limitations in its application, due to its very high detection efficiency, many workpieces need to confirm whether the seal is qualified in the actual detection process. Because the location of the leak is unknown, the application of differential pressure airtightness testing technology in the workpiece detection field in China is showing a very rapid upward trend.
