How to operate a plastic bottle sealing integrity tester
2025-06-04
Plastic bottles are common containers in our daily lives, used for packaging food, chemical, and pharmaceutical products. Due to the specific nature of their use, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing performance of plastic bottles meets standard requirements. Manufacturers must conduct comprehensive or sampling inspections of all plastic bottles using a plastic bottle sealing tester.
Due to limitations in production capacity and testing methods, companies that generally produce plastic bottles need to conduct sampling inspections. The plastic bottle sealing tester needs to be set up at separate checkpoints for quality control based on relevant conditions, continuously checking the seal of each batch of plastic bottles produced.
Plastic bottle cap operation is simple, and the airtightness test of the plastic bottle cap can basically be completed within 1-3 minutes. The specific operation process is as follows:
Sealing tester
1. Place the plastic bottle into the sealing groove of the plastic bottle sealing tester, and use the cap baffle to maintain a 25mm distance between the bottle and the water. At the same time, cover the bottle to prevent dislocation and buffer folding leakage.
2. Set the time on the plastic bottle sealing tester to 30 seconds to 2 minutes, the vacuum value to 60 kpa, and set the pressure value and leakage.
3. Manually turn on the start button of the plastic bottle sealing tester and observe the testing status of the product in the sealing bucket. If there is one bubble floating, it does not indicate a leak. If there are multiple bubbles floating, it indicates that the product is leaking.
