The bearing airtightness tester is designed to effectively solve the problem of bearing airtightness testing. The design principle of the bearing airtightness tester is the same as that of other airtightness measuring instruments. Compressed gases such as air, nitrogen, or helium are injected into the sealed container and workpiece, and then the leakage rate is measured by the pressure difference between the container or workpiece and the atmosphere. The use of the bearing airtightness tester is to measure the gas leakage rate value of the bearing within a unit of time, and determine whether the airtightness of the bearing meets the standard according to the set limit value. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, as with other measurement and testing equipment, before using the bearing airtightness instrument, the instrument should be tested first, and the performance of the leak detector needs to be calibrated so that the test results are accurate and effective.
